# Allow for creation of new tags for Member level

The current settings don’t allow “regular” users to create new tags.

Please allow for users of a certain trust level to create tags.

For example, this [post I just made](https://discuss.ipfs.tech/t/support-for-spa-mode-in-http-gateway/8953), I would tag with “SPA” and “ipfs gateway”.

This makes it so that communities of interest can use the same tag, and get pages and RSS feeds to point other people towards. Tags are free, allow for more of them!

This was set to `3. regular`, I have reduced it to `2. member`.
