# Go-IPFS 0.4.23-rc2 is available for testing

Due to the fact that go-ipfs 0.5.0 is taking significantly longer than expected, we’re cutting another patch release, 0.4.23 (only contains cherry-picked bug fixes). We’re now on RC2 and expect to release either this Friday or Monday.

Please test and report any regressions since 0.4.22.
