# How do I limit the bandwidth used by IPFS running on my local Ubuntu computer

I have a laptop ith Ubuntu 20.04.  
I installed IPFS desktop.  
How do I limit the bandwidth that it is using?  
(Preferably in the IPFS desktop settings)
