go-ipfs version: 0.5.0
osx: 10.14.6
fuse: 3.10.4

ipfs mount use to work but now when I run it it throws an error trying to resolve the peer id.

```
ERROR fuse/ipns ipns/ipns_unix.go:99 looking up /ipns/QmRamt4G7hGFfk5vw8q6M6XwiLjFVGwQUqF9Pc6snJBtxU: could not resolve name
ERROR node node/mount_unix.go:95 error mounting: could not resolve name
```

Any ideas on how to resolve this would be a great help.
