is there a way to see if a specific node is pinning a specific cid?
I am looking to pay people to pin specific files on many machines but I am wondering if there is a way I can check they are actually doing it.
Vole has an option for this.
You can give it a Peer ID, a CID, and it will create a bitswap request to that specific node asking for that file.
