Js-ipfs HLS video failing: OpenError: The current transaction exceeded its quota limitations

I copied the example HLS video code from the bottom of https://js.ipfs.io/

Sometimes the video plays, sometimes it fails with errors like these in the JavaScript console:

OpenError: The current transaction exceeded its quota limitations.  custom.js:26:24
QuotaExceededError   index.js:40:12

I think you may have exceeded the limit IndexDB sets on how much data can be stored by a web page in your browser.

Can you try clearing the storage in the dev tools?
