# Performance of IPFS at Scale

Does anyone have performance metrics on large scale IPFS implementations? If so what kind of implementations are they?!
The most generic example I can think of is something like a large file on AWS S3 and how quickly it downloaded for a global user-base versus a well saturated IPFS store for the same global user-base.
Just curious!
