Testing Agricultural water, soil, etc

Hi, I would like to measure:

  1. Soil health - Prevalence of soil degradation
    5 . Water use - Variation in water availability
  2. Fertilizer pollution risk -Management of fertilizers
  3. Pesticide risk - Management of pesticides
  4. Biodiversity - Use of agro-biodiversity-supportive practice

This is for farming. I would like to put this information on the blockchain. If there is a system for this, or an app, or something simple. I would like to be able to use an app instead of building one. I understand this would be lot of data input with columns and rows. Thanks for any insight! Michael
