I am unable to retrieve my files from IPFS. The files are stored in directory with following hash- [https://gateway.ipfs.io/ipfs/QmQsf14bwC49Qx4BkfVFe4DJuPb5hk61pGnbQnAE3nEv1S](https://gateway.ipfs.io/ipfs/QmQsf14bwC49Qx4BkfVFe4DJuPb5hk61pGnbQnAE3nEv1S) The link was working fine before but as of now it is not working and after sometime it is showing Unable to reach error in Firefox. ---

The error is shown as follows after sometime- 504 Gateway Time-out nginx/1.12.2 ---

could you try with [https://ipfs.io/ipfs/](https://ipfs.io/ipfs/)\ second question your daemon is up ? Regards ---

I have tried it again with the link [https://ipfs.io/ipfs/](https://ipfs.io/ipfs/) and my ipfs daemon was running still getting following error- 504 Gateway Time-out nginx/1.12.2 ---

maybe you have proxy / firewall issue please try you can open 4001,4002/udp, 5001,8080,8081 maybe locally your ressource is enable but your daemon cannot discuss with external and so your ressource cannot display on gateway o [ipfs.io](http://ipfs.io). regards
