Hello, my usual file sharing cloud provider for images is buggy, so I thought I’d try IPFS.
Is this what IPFS can be used for?
For example: posting on a forum and sharing an image needs a URL like this  rather than uploading the image.

It is a static website.
You can simply copy (upload) it to ipfs. One step, all done.
Ex: https://cdn.ipfsscan.io/ipfs/bafybeidxtoeplpfsxm5gcmoxtneps67uyhbomcof2mn343rmriz2yrrqse/
