Hello, I wrote a blog post on hypothetically using IPFS to Self Seed a IPFS application link. It can’t currently be implemented but with the possibility of WebRTC adopting the QUIC protocol to create WebRTC-QUIC it could be feasible in the future.

Interesting but after reading your blog post I’m not quite sure what you’re proposing to do. I’m also not sure how quic-webrtc fits into your solution. It might help if you sketch out the problem you’re trying to solve first.
I’ve been keeping an eye on wasm/wasi and there seem to be some exciting things that might be done with IPFS.
