Ipfs front end (webbased) same as the windows app to upload files

Is there a webbased front-end which connects to the ipfs.tech windows app? so that users can upload files to my own IPFS node?

Okey cool, this can also be selfhosted?

http://localhost:5001/webui or http://localhost:8080/ipns/webui.ipfs.io, this is just a front end exclusive app.
