So IPNS does not appear to work, at all, in 0.54.2.
Willing to help fix the issue, just need to know if this is being tracked, and where to start. I understand that DHT is turned off by default, but I turned everything back on in the settings, including the libp2p settings. All nodes can see each other as peers.
