So I realized that storacha is eating up my money, and decided I want to cancel subscription. But there is no way to cancel starter subscription. So I tried to delete all my files manually. It didn’t work too as their system still says to me that I use 21 gb out of 5. I wrote to their github and support email a couple of hours ago but got no answer. Will their system understand that once I deleted my files I don’t want to pay anymore or they will require payment from me forever until I rerelease my bank card? It’s a creepy stuff.
Hey Verity, I’m not connected with Storacha (well, only tangentially), but when I had a question, I found one of the more useful semi-public (as opposed to a private support request) support forums for their services was #dev-support on the Storacha Discord (invite, via this linktree). I know it can be a pain to bounce around different discussion tools, but I think you’re more likely to get an answer there than in this Discourse, which I’m not sure they check.
Oh, now I see either you’re already there, or someone very similar to you is chatting there. Well, I’ll leave this comment up so that other people find there way to it!
