Would it be possible to fetch all files (or file hashes) of an IPFS node by only their Peer ID/Pubkey fetched from the cli command: ipfs swarm peers?
In theory, maybe by crawling the DHT to see what they’re advertising. But that’s an unfortunate side-effect of how our DHT works, not a feature.
