Notable items:

• the percentage of kubo nodes seems to be stabilising at around 88% - approximately 10% up from earlier weeks, e.g., Week 11: network-measurements/README.md at master · protocol/network-measurements · GitHub
• DHT Lookup from eu-central continues to be the fastest with lookup times constantly below 150ms, followed by us-east which constantly comes just below 200ms.
