  1. Can a user know the time at which the file is pinned into IPFS?

  2. Can a node A stop any other node B from pinning the file owned by node A into IPFS?

Hello! So …

  1. I think the answer is no. I believe the pinned hashes are just a set of cids and no other information.
  2. No. If a hash is available on the network node B is on, then node B can pin that hash.
