This is the first release in nearly 3 years and it includes a plethora of bug fixes.
The headlines are:

Fix a ton of bugs when running on Windows.
- ipfs-update works when ipfs is running
- when the user runs ipfs-update by double-clicking instead of running it on the commandline, tell the user how to proceed instead of exiting immediately.
- lots of bug fixes around filename/filepath handling

Improved help text/documentation overall.

We’re now much better at figuring out where to install ipfs.
