Hi,
I am looking for a solution similar to the tahoe-lafs to store my private data (approx in size 10TB).
Ipfs with working erasure coding could be exactly the thing I need.

To answer the question in the title, it is not currently available. However, I think erasure coding is a long term goal for ipfs-cluster. Reference: this github issue.
