Hey there
We have a kubo node inside our community’s firewall, which works great for retrieval & caching - but AFAIK not for providing.
This question is not so much about punching a hole (although I’m curious about that too), but about how a kubo node outside the network could help. A tangential use—case is to run that node in low-power mode (or: no unnecessary dht chatter)
What would be different strategies to be able to access blocks stored on that node outside? (e.g. public gateway)
- Push blocks to the kubo node outside?
- Is there a way to have the node outside announce provide & fetch it on demand via a private tunnel?
