Need help to do a migration in reverse

I got this

Error: Your programs version (11) is lower than your repos (12).
[ipfs] Please update ipfs to a version that supports the existing repo, or run
[ipfs] a migration in reverse.

I’m trying to do that migration in reverse but I can’t understand how to do it. I downloaded the fs-repo-migrations but I can’t find the way to do that.

I have macos bigsur. I’ve read some documents but I can’t the way to do this reverse migration.

I believe you can use ipfs-update for this.

ipfs-update revert

I hope this works, please let me know if it does/doesn’t.

Hi Discordian,

Thank you for your quick response. It didn’t work for me because (I think) I’ve uninstalled many components of ipfs on my rush. I’ve started all over the whole process again to update kubo to golag 17 to be able to use the last repo.
