RDA Blog Post about IPFS and Persistent Identifiers

Together with colleagues from DeSci Labs, we have just published a comprehensive blog post introducing the emerging dPID technology of data identification. It lives on the Research Data Alliance website. The post explains the usage of IPFS as an underlying technology of the shared, distributed persistent data/metadata identification system sustainable over rotten links and vendor lock-ins.

Everyone is encouraged to discuss and place their opinions here and on the RDA site too! We will proceed with the new blog posts in the series, so please stay tuned!
