IPNI is currently resolving some outages, and its nodes have to resync to catch up with new data published via IPNI from the past few weeks. This process will take some weeks.
To restore service immediately for IPNI publishers, cid.contact will add a small set of delegated routing v1 endpoints this week, which will make that content reachable immediately. The plan is to revert this once IPNI service is restored and stable.
