Connection Refused Errors

I have a lot of IPFS related errors. I posted a query in SE -

The main error now is this -
request.js:130 POST http://jenbil.com:5001/api/v0/cat?arg=QmU5KhkgvweYgE3Gsr8A19uFQrq7mszx7dubcoo89cTmAV&stream-channels=true net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

Does anyone have idea what is the cause and hence solution?
