How does it work?

Submit the details of your journey and post pickup,dropoff coordinates and available seats. Anyone can join anonymously until the quota is full.

Is this service working now? Is is functioning on mobiles…via ipfs?

It is maintained and a peer is always available upon request. There is no support for a mobile client at the moment.
