Can you explain what you mean by data grouping and tagging?
hashtags are the most common forms of data grouping .
and we needed hashtags because we realized all data can’t be grouped in a hierarchical (directory) form .
It doesn’t. IPFS has directories, files, and symlinks (although symlink support is limited).
