Currently discuss.ipfs.io has no favicon, it would be nice to have one.

I put the same icon from logo small url as the favicon, but if I remember correctly, the one on ipfs.trydiscourse.com didn’t have text, but couldn’t find the existing one so put this one as a temporary fix.
