I just begin to use IPFS framework to host my web site for public usage. What kinds of documents I need to fill out in order to let IPFS teams know I am using their go-ipfs to host my web site? Thanks.

There are no documents you need to fill out. The only thing you would have to do is if you were modifying the go-ipfs codebase, then you would need to abide by their license which is MIT (https://github.com/ipfs/go-ipfs/blob/master/LICENSE)
