Hello. I installed IPFS desktop and have it running. I imported a few files but these can’t be accessed through the public gateway ipfs.io. What am I doing wrong? Can you please help me?

Got the following results:
- Successfully connected to multiaddr
- Found multiaddrs advertised in the DHT
- Found multihash advertised in the dht
- There was an error downloading the CID from the peer: transient connection to peer
That usually means that your node doesn’t have a direct connection and is relying on relay-v2 to connect to the network. When another node is requesting a block from you, it has to establish a direct connection using hole punching, and it is that connection that is failing (for some reason), preventing the download.
The best way to get around that problem is to establish port mapping on your router. Check this:

The router configuration was ok. The VPN was the culprit
