Gonna post a couple findings, in case others run into issues setting up private nodes with Digital Ocean. Still haven’t solved the issue, but starting back at square one, installing basic setup no firewall, with swarm.key and bootstrapping 2 nodes with each other, my PC node initially saw the Digital Ocean node, then it just stopped working.
