Sync data from 2 local node

Hello guys,

I’m a newbie in ipfs. I have a question with my situation.

I have 2 computer run 2 local ipfs node ( i use the link below to create 2 node )

I add some files in the first computer and want to sync these data to the other node. Can someone give me some help??? And how can i set an expire time limitation to access a file that i uploaded to ipfs???
