400MB RAM used, 15% CPU, is it worth to run IPFS node?

RateIn: 159 kB/s
RateOut: 59 kB/s

How exactly it is beneficial for the IPFS network to keep this node running? Because it is eating nearly half of my VPS memory (400MB RES) and 15% of the CPU time.

It’s a minor benefit to the network to keep it running at best tbh. If you’re not using the IPFS network, it’s likely worthwhile for you to shut your node down.
