I’m creating this thread to track progress on any JavaScript/TypeScript implementation of the IPFS Pinning API specification.
I was hoping to find that someone had built a JS implementation of the pinning service provider. So far, I haven’t found anything. The closest things I’ve found:
- js-mock-ipfs-pinning-service appears to be a ‘mock’, like for testing?
- go-pinning-service-http-client appears to be a ‘client’ written in Go.
Please update this thread with links to new projects and code that implement the pinning API in JavaScript.
If there are people who would like to collaborate on building one, the Permissionless Software Foundation may put together a grant to build an IPFS Service Provider that can implement the pinning API.
