Libp2p C++ binding

Hi there! I need an opinion from the community: is there a perspective on creating C/C++ bindings for libp2p and IPFS Go implementation? Do you consider this a closer target than the original implementation of all the functions? Are there any efforts on this?

Congrats @genghis @govi218 ! Could you please provide also LLD table or the list of externals? I plan to do a Debian package of this lib together with Iroh
