Newbie: is IPFS working?

hi!

I am trying to get started with IPFS.

I have done the following:

  • Installed IPFS desktop
  • Added some directories (9Mb)
  • Check that I have peers… and there is traffic.
  • I browse my content to an image, and copy the share link
  • paste the share link in my browser
  • nothing happens, browser is stuck there forever.

Am I missing something? Why doesn’t it work?

according to the quick start the image should come in my browser…

looks like it is a NAT issue. I got confused when I saw traffic measured up and down. looked like it is all Ok then.
