If you want us to create a space for your community here in the “Communities” category of discourse please comment in this thread and we’ll try to accommodate. For example, you might want space for discussions among a domain specific community like Libraries Archives and Museums using IPFS, a geographically specific like regional meetup groups, a language-specific community, etc.
We’ve added a sub-category for the Philadelphia Users Group are there any other groups who want to be added?
A category (and tags) for rust-ipfs will also be nice 
I added one. Tags can be created by every user with regular trust level. I created a rust tag too.
